Table d’hôtes & our wines – lovingly prepared, thoughtfully served
In the evening, around 8:00 PM, we welcome you to join us for a four-course dinner. We begin with an aperitif and a small bite, followed by a lovingly prepared three-course dîner gourmand, with Willem leading the kitchen.
Each dish can be paired with a wine selected by Monique, our certified vinologist. Expect beautiful local favourites like the bold Pécharmant, a crisp Bergerac Sec, or a smooth, sweet Monbazillac to finish.
We cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients and always take dietary needs and personal wishes into account. If your child just wants pasta – they’ll get pasta.
Each season, we serve over 500 meals, and we’re proud of the happy faces that return to our table each evening.
And the best part? You don’t have to leave the property. Just sit down, enjoy, and stroll back to your room when you're ready.
